Fairly clean hotel, extremely comfy beds, amazing breakfasts and caring staff.

The rooms were cheap and impressive with double beds kept by the helpful staff. The location was stunning, within walking distance of a contemporary art museum.

The hotel room was beautiful with housekeeping.

I really enjoyed staff and rooms of this hotel.

The staff members were all affable, the rooms were large with double beds and a great view, as example.

The hotel is stunningly beautiful and clean with great food and consistently courteous staff. Only 15 minutes on foot from Union railroad station.

Everything is great here, had a fine stay which was to be within walking distance of our planned events and activities❤

Fairly clean property, polite staff.

Beautifully kept hotel located in a really quiet area close to the river, the stadium and restaurants. The food on offer at buffet breakfast was outstanding. Though the whole experience was relaxing, the bed in our room was very uncomfortable.

Some people working there were absolutely rude.

Well-kept hotel with outstandingly accommodating staff. I liked the buffet breakfast and the cheap room. Absolutely perfect location and clean pool. The restaurant was great. It was surely a such great stay.

The room was well decorated, incredible pool. I loved that really polite staff was willing to help. I booked a room with a relaxing bed, flat screen cable TV, coffee and big windows. The continental breakfast was free and the restaurant was clean. Quick check in & the service was helpful!

Breakfast was large and the room was warm enough. Central location, a 10-15 minute walking distance from an awesomely named museum. Everyone from the staff was supporting. Friendly customer service too. Moreover, it was easy to park on site.

Exquisite services, modern comfortable room, reasonably clean environment. The staff did all they can for a peaceful stay. There were central heating, a safe and a coffee machine in the room, loved that. Breakfast was consistently good, lots of food. In addition, the hotel had public parking nearby.

Luxury hotel, the food is delicious and I liked perfect location. It's found in a sketchy area, within walking distance of many landmarks of Jacksonville. 16 Miles from the airport...

we really loved the hotel, it was deluxe and very clean. the double bed in the room was comfortable. on-site restaurant juliette's bistro was a bonus, had dinner there.

A wide array of extra supplies : a minibar, central heating and multi-channel television. The window of my premier king room was facing a river. Location seemed good. Thoroughly enjoyed that they had onsite restaurant Juliette's Bistro, no need to go somewhere else. Decent place for exploring Jacksonville.

The bed was too hard.

Large nice rooms. We liked a WiFi provided in the hotel.
